At Periplasm, our goal is to provide every client with a relaxing, personalized, and high-quality experience. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and requires preparation, time, and materials.
A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable.
We completely understand that life, work, and unexpected situations can happen. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. Appointments that are missed or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled.
